Lyndy B's B-day

Lyndy turned two on October 28th. We celebrated at Grandma's house with a Barney party. Lyndy is a Barney fan just like her Aunt Maddi was.

Lyndy was a little excited to get a Barney toy.

She also loved her Bitty Baby. Open your eyes baby!

Some for you.

And some for me.
Happy Birthday beautiful girl!

A Special Day for Drew and Garrett

My wonderful boys were baptized on October 12, 2013. What a special day!

Seven children from our ward were baptized on the same day, so we were able to have our own Ward Baptism.

Look at those beautiful kids! What a wonderful day!

I'm Not Old Enough For This!

My oldest son is now 14! How did that happen? It's funny how my kids keep getting older, but I never age (ha ha).

We had a "Bigger or Better" scavenger hunt for Aiden's b-day. We divided up his friends into two teams. Each team started with a marble and Cody and I drove the teams around to people we know. They had to trade whatever they had for something bigger or better. After an hour, the team with the biggest and best thing won. One team ended up with a ceramic haunted house.

Aiden's team got a kid's beat-up bike, a broken skateboard and a non-working cell phone. We decided it was a draw, because one team had something better (the haunted house) and one team had something bigger (the bike).  It was a good b-day for a good kid.

Disneyland!

To celebrate the twins' 8th birthday, we took the fam to Disneyland at the end of September. It was Garrett and Drew's first visit.

Maddi and Lyndy on Cutie Pie Street USA.

Lyndy loved the Dumbo ride.

First time on Buzz Lightyear! Woot Woot!

It's a Small World After All

You really get your money's worth on that ride!

Lyndy waited in line to see the "lion" but he was terrifying up close.

Same with Pooh Bear.

It was my idea to get the twins giant helium balloons. It was AWESOME driving all the way home with them in the car. But, look how happy they are!

Before we went home, we had to stop at the beach. Newport Beach is where my dad grew up. The elementary school he went to is right on the beach! How cool is that!

Lyndy loved her first trip to the beach. She didn't want to leave.

The boys caught a baby crab. Why are crabs so much cuter than spiders?

It was a fun trip!

Drew and Garrett turn the big 08!

Back in September, Drew and Garrett finally became Cubscouts! They've been waiting FOREVER to be Cubscouts.

They had their first Pack Meeting at the park where they played "Guess My Name" with the audience. The twins won.

They woke up on their birthday to our traditional birthday breakfast in bed. Poor Garrett had a fever, so he couldn't go to school on his b-day. Most kids would call that the best birthday present ever, but not Garrett. He was bummed.

They tried out their new roller-skates before Drew went to school.

On Saturday, when Garrett was feeling better, we had cake and went to Flip-N-Out.

We love our sweet twinnies!

Shake Your Groove Thang Lyndy!

Here is a cute video of Lyndy dancing to Sesame Street songs at Grandma's house this summer. She would make a super cute hula girl!
